Unused products will be eligible for a full refund within 60 days of date of purchase along with your packing slip attached. ARL Products reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy requirement.
Shipping costs are non refundable and returns must be shipped on customer’s account.
Refunds, if approved, will be applied as a credit to your account. Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the part number ordered, this policy will apply to all returns.
Follow these steps to return your product:
- Repack your product securely.
- Enclose the original packing slip to ensure proper credit. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- Return the package to:
