Our primary focus throughout this difficult time is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families, customers and business partners.
Here is what you can expect from us.
OFFICE: All departments except shipping are all working remotely. We are available via email, phone and webchat.
SHIPPING: We are shipping as usual and will continue to do so. Your orders will ship out during business hours, Monday through Friday. Shipping personnel work alone in shifts to limit exposure. We are sanitizing the facility & washing our hands.
SAFETY: Many people want to know - is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low.
STOCK: We are currently increasing our inventory to ensure we have adequate stock of our most popular items at our warehouse.
TRAVEL: All employee travel has been postponed until further notice.
SITE VISITS: We are also cancelling site visits to customers and vendor visits at our facility. We are available to address & resolve your technical challenges or questions via pictures, videos, calls and emails.

CHECK INVENTORY: Do you have spares on your shelves? Let us know your upcoming requirements and we can hold them at our warehouse until you are ready to order.
PLAN AHEAD: Are you currently working on a project? We provide sizing, technical, and drawings at no additional charge. Get in touch today so we can help you finalize and import the items you will eventually require.
CREDIT TERMS: We understand the challenges many small businesses may face in the upcoming months. If you need to switch to Net 30 or extend to Net 60, get in touch and we will work with you.
